Terms for working
with Lumtice.

1. Scope

These terms apply to use of the Lumtice website and are supplemented by any proposal, statement of work or agreement accepted for a specific project.

2. Services

Lumtice may provide software development, AI workflow automation, CRM implementation, web design, integrations, consulting and related technology services. The exact scope, deliverables, assumptions, fees and timeline will be defined in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, lawful access to required systems and the approvals needed to complete the work.

4. Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers or platforms. Their availability, pricing, limits and policies are controlled by those providers and may affect delivery.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership, licences and usage rights for deliverables, source code, content, third-party materials and pre-existing tools will be stated in the applicable project agreement.

6. No guarantee of business results

Technology and automation can improve capability and efficiency, but specific revenue, conversion or cost outcomes depend on factors outside Lumtice’s control.
