Buyers are required to contact the seller over any issue on their purchase and discuss possible return and refund. Only when there is no conclusive agreement between the buyer and the seller/ third party should the buyer request refund through Lumtice support department.

Our policy lasts 25 days for USD,GBP,EUR,AUD,CAD,NGN,HKD,NZD,ZAR,SGD,MYR,CHF,BRL,BGN,  transactions and 8 days  on Nigerian Naira(NGN)transactions . If these number of days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns should be sent directly to the seller.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by the seller. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All refund are issued in full including the shipping fee.

The seller will bear the any cost accrued due to the refund.

We do not issue refunds for subscription fees, featured ad, Top Ad and paid category.

No refund shall be approved for downloadable good except if the item is deceptive e.g. If the item purchased is different from what was listed on the ad page.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sellers must ship item to the buyer within  3 days  from the time the order was received. Whether or not the seller is yet to gain access to the money charged for the order.

If your order is not proceed within 3 days of purchase first contact the seller for possible resolution. Contact Lumtice support team only if you were not able to resolve issue with seller within 5 days of purchase.

To return an item, you should mail the item to the address provided by the seller.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

1.    Sellers  must send  the full amount of cryptocurrency  ordered within 24 hours from the time of purchase .
2.    Neither the seller or Lumtice will bear the loose in case of wrong wallet address provided by buyer.

Dispute resolution
The support team will contact the seller requesting  evidence that the order was delivered within the specified time frame.
The support team will then  contact the buyer  request  evidence that the order was not delivered accordingly .
The support team may now decide the issue  between both parties.

The seller /buyer must respond to a refund request with 24 hour else the dispute will be resolved in favor of the buyer and vice versa.
